赵洪源,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目1项,以参与人身份获河南省科学技术进步二等奖。以第一作者在Pharmacological research, Food Chemistry, Food & function, Food Science and Human Wellness等期刊发表文章10篇,其中ESI高被引文章1篇,另参与发表论文20余篇。主要研究方向功能性食品开展甘肃当地特色食品的开发和功能验证
