赵洪源，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目1项，以参与人身份获河南省科学技术进步二等奖。以第一作者在Pharmacological research, Food Chemistry, Food & function, Food Science and Human Wellness等期刊发表文章10篇，其中ESI高被引文章1篇，另参与发表论文20余篇。主要研究方向为功能性食品，开展甘肃当地特色食品的开发和功能验证。
